It’s time to find a home if you haven’t done so already. When looking for your home it always helps to have a preapproval letter in hand when making an offer on a home. Sellers view approved buyers as a more serious about buying their home.
Every property purchased through a VA loan must have a VA Appraisal done. The VA appraisal is an assessment of the home’s condition and value and must be done by an approved VA appraiser.
Once your home appraisal is complete as your lender we will complete a full review of your credit and income and will verify assets and give a “Clear to Close” status. Which initiates a date, place and time for you to sign all your documents.
